First of all, I want to give them NO stars but it's not an option. I read all of the reviews and went anyway because it was convenient. I wish I would have trusted the reviews because it was every bit as awful as most of them said. The girl at the front desk had no personality, the nurse was short, and relatively rude. When she drew my blood, she bruised me like never before. The PA was fine but like everyone else said, the actual doctor wasnt even an option. The best part is, when I called a week and a half later for my results, it took 2 days to get back to me to tell me that my blood sample was too warm and they needed to redraw! I dont know at what point they were going to call me...Im thinking they may have never released it was missing. Just when you think it couldnt get worse, when I went to the lab to have them draw my blood (because there was no way I was going back to the butcher!) I told them about the blood sample being too warm and they said they have never heard anything like that before! Now it is 3 days later and I call the office to get the results and the doctor is not in so I will have to wait until Monday. Total length of time to get simple blood results: 3-1/2 WEEKS! STAY AWAY!!
Its unfortunate to see such negative comments about this practice. I have been a patient for quit some time (5 + years). I have seen the office go throught many different office staff. The current nurse is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about her. She practical runs the office working the front as a the receptionist and nurse with the doctor. I would imagine she is under paid and extremly over worked. I have seen several doctors go throught the office and current doctor , Jaime Tran is the best. The past several appointments I have seen her, she has spent at least 30 minutes helping to understand my medical problems. Some of the past office staff have not been so great ,but currently the nurse and doctor are awesome. I would recommend this office.

If you have loads of cash to spend on unnecessary tests that give incorrect results and aren't covered by insurance (surprise!) and have lots of free time to keep coming back for more unnecessary tests then you'll love it here.
If you want to get correct results and go on with your life then you'll be better off finding a different practice.

My family had a horrible experience with this doctor. This doctor has no problem making her patients wait, but when my wife was 15 minutes late, she refused to see her. By the time her staff was done with my wife, she left the office crying. I wouldn't take my dog to see this doctor. Patients Beware!

This is the worst doctor's office I have ever visited The receptionist is rude. The doctor is inconsiderate and cold. This place gives doctors a bad name. My won waited two weeks to get results from this doctor. When he was 15 minutes late for the appointment, the doctor refused to see him (and it was in the middle of the day).
Amazing, doctors are late all the time. They don't give refunds or appologies when the patient has to wait fifteen minutes. But when the patient is fifteen minutes later, the doctor refuses to see him. Ridiculous!!
I have been a patient for over 5 years and had to change doctors because of they not being in the plan. Although I went to my new doctor and sign a medical records release and they faxed to Spring Cypress Family Practice. They would not release my records unless I paid $30. Paying for their medical services over the past years am I not entiled to my records. Not according to them unless they are paid for them. Stay away as service is not at the top of their list as advertised.

The receptionist was very cold. This was not my first time to the clinic but did not feel well and it was close to home so decided to try again.
Now I know why no one was in the waiting room and when I left, I remembered why I stopped going to this clinic. Very unfriendly, no bedside manner and if you do not have insurance, the visit will be $202.00. I could have gone to an emergency clinic on Hwy 249 for $150.00, without the personal, unrelated questions. I just had a cough and they were pushing their services. Have I had this, have I had that. None applied to why I was there.
For less than 5 minutes with the doctor, she left to write my prescriptions. After I paid the $202.00, the doctor gave me my prescriptions then walked away. I had to go back and ask what was wrong with me.
I will NEVER go to that clinic again, even with insurance. I have seen 3 different doctors there - all women. 2 of the 3 doctors were awful, no bedside manner, rude and condescending. This visit made my day worse than it already was.
