R & E Auto Care

I recently had my 2021 Toyota serviced - they were professional and knowledgeable. I have chosen R&E Auto for over ten years to perform maintenance an all my vehicles - They have always been fair and honest.

Have taken my cars in 3 times for various repairs and they always identified the problem quickly and fixed it. They even loosened some drain plugs that were stuck for free so I could change the fluids myself.

I am fairly new to this area and R and E automotive was recommended to me by my neighbor. He even brought me over and introduced me to Elad. Safe to say I was very impressed. He did some work on my 2010 Chevy Camaro. He actually went out of his way to get the part he needed to fix my car at a very fair price (under the price I googled). But here's the kicker. I had some of the same issues that I had before start happening again. So I took my car back to Elad and he remembered me and even found out for me that the part was under warranty and even replaced it free of charge. What other mechanic would do all that for you? I'm glad I was introduced to R and E Automotive. And I glad I have a mechanic who is trustworthy, honest, and knowledgeable. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening again in the future. Thanks, Elad!!! You have made yourself another satisfied customer.

R & E Automotive is without a doubt the best there is! Since finding Elad I have not let ANYONE touch my Suburban but him. He did it again today. Yesterday after returning from a vacation I could immediately tell that something was not right and the breaks felt odd. This was at 1:30 AM at the parking garage. I got home and went to work the next morning. My husband took the car to him. Elad called me and assured me he would take care of everything and would have me ready by the end of the day. True to his work my breaks were redone and I was good to go. Elad then arranged to get my car to my husband. By the time I got home from work I was back in perfect order again!

Third times a charm... After going to the first two mechanic shops and I felt I was being taken advantage of I stumbled on this one. Like I say when life throws you a curve ball God straightens it out. Suffice as to say, my car was a lemon from day 1... and they fixed all my problems. Mainly because they took the time to listen. In fact since they fixed it I haven't had any more issues. So now I just go there for routine service. I told some of my friends about my experience and they started going to him too... they were impressed as well. Thanks Elad
