I purchased an embroidery machine here in June 2014. I purchased the stabilizers and thread and everything else they suggested. I went to every class that they offered. I watched every video on the manufacturers website. The machine does not work properly. I've taken it back into the store twice where they could test it and SEE that it wasn't working properly. They made adjustments but after a short time embroidering it starts happening again. I went in and said that I was unhappy with the machine and wanted to trade it for a different one. They stated that they don't do that. I contacted the manufacturer directly who referred me back to the area and regional manager who (after a month of trying) have refused to contact me to offer a solution to this problem.

So be warned - they sell used and refurbished machines as NEW. They will not assist you after the sale. Do not buy a machine here unless you have several thousand dollars to throw away.
