        We were served cold food after a long, long wait and given incredible attitude and disrespect by the staff when we informed them of the cold food. This was a birthday celebration in which we left hungry and upset. I have asked for the contact information of upper management and have waited three days with no response. We were told that the management did not like giving out discounts for bad service and that he got paid the same no matter how much work he did so he didn't care if they were short on staff. I am still awaiting a response.

        Absolutely wonderful!

        My husband and I have never been what you would call Asian food fans; however, Kobe's food is so great that we crave it at least once a week. We always get the Splash and Meadow which is their fantastic hibachi chicken and shrimp and vegetables and the fried rice. And, tho the portion is just huge, we savor every bite. The manager, Mr. Long, is very attentive to each guest and remembers your name for each visit. We are celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary there this week.

        We are a family of 6 (4 boys) and we eat at Kobe's often. The food and presentation is amazing and the price is fantastic. Even the kids that are "picky" eaters find more to eat than I expected and love the experience of dining at Kobe.
