These guys r pretty expensive, but u know that going into a mover with them. However, my experience with them was sub standard because they r very inexperienced movers and loaders.
They did make good use of the packing space in truck or in storage unit at all!
Also very slow moving thus causing more hours than planned. You must stay on themk to keep them going.
They have so much paperwork to sign to cover themselves, these forms boarder on ridiculous.
On the only plus side, the men r very nice and caring.
I wish my experience was better, but there is much room for improvement with this company. I really wanted them to do a good job as they seems to be a good concept, but I was very disappointed! Now the the chore of fixing their packing.
Moved many times but this was a the easiest yet. The movers took care of every piece their hands touched from the start to the finish. They were so professional and friendly. My little 4 year old grandson son also had a blast knowing they were fireman and they took the time to chat with him. He was calling them Mr. Fireman.
Anyway, can't thank you enough for an excellent job and what you do to save our lives.
God be with you always!
The three young men that showed up at my house were timely, professional and courteous. They took a lot of the stress out of moving and were able to get the job done, even with a couple of serious challenges, in the time originally allotted. I would highly recommend them for all of your relocation needs.
I have been in the antique business for about 25 years. I have used movers in the past and must say that Lance and his company (Firefighting’s Finest Moving & Delivery) are by far the best company I have ever used. I was amazed at the care taken in preparing my pieces for transportation. They moved quickly but very carefully. I used this company several times and each time was very successful without any damage (two 26 foot truckloads).
Some of the pieces Lance and his company moved for me included a dozen curved glass china cabinets (several of these also had an extreme bowed glass door), cabinets with serpentine glass, and ten straight glass cabinets. All of the above cabinets are true antiques (very old). They also moved six marble top lamp tables, marble top dressers and washstands, several Gone With The Wind lamps, late 1800’s Limoge china, RS Prussia, American brilliant cut glass, clocks, and a few large buffets (side boards).
I would highly recommend Lance and his company for any of your moving needs.
