Do not send your kids to this daycare! I picked up my daughter on Monday and she seemed upset, she asked me to pick her up and when I did i notice HER PANTIES WERE RIPPED. When i asked her what happened she said someone ripped her panties ( my daughter just turned 3 so her language is still developing) So I marched back in the class and asked the teacher that was there what had happened and she said she did not know. So then I walked up to the front to make a complaint and the director said we will look into it and let you know something tomorrow.The next morning my husband and I drove up there to talk to the director so that they could review the footage of the day before in regards to the panties, but she was not there so the assistant director asked all the teachers that were with my daughter and nobody had an answer for anything.So no one reported nothing and saw nothing by this point my husband and I are very frustrated but we agree to discuss this with the director when she gets in. When we arrived for the meeting with the director I tell her did ya'll review the footage since one of the main reasons I even chose this daycare were the cameras all over inside and outside the building, and her response was sorry but since Harvey which was last September none of the cameras record!!! Are you kidding me! How friggen convenient that in all of this time NO ONE HAS NOTIFIED THE PARENTS THAT THE CAMERAS DO NOT WORK!!!!

I do NOT recommend this daycare!!! My daughter went there for about four months (she just turned four) and she never stopped crying when I dropped her off. I would call and check on her and they always said she was just fine. When she started her new daycare one of the teachers from there now works where I take her now and she said that she would cry all day. I picked her up one day and she was burning up with a 102.2 fever and she was crying when I got there. The "teacher' said she just started crying and didn't know why. She never even tried to comfort her b/c if she did she would have felt how hot she was. When she would "play" daycare at home she would yell at the "kids" and talk real ugly to them. Since she has been at this new daycare she stopped crying by the end of the second week when I drop her off and when she plays "daycare" now she talks very sweet and is SO loving. I've noticed a HUGE difference in her in just the past month of switching. I don't know exactly what went on there when I wasn't there but I can tell you I would NEVER take her back there again!! I leave her now and feel completely okay going to work every day. I just never felt easy or okay leaving her at Children's Universe.

I have two children enrolled here, ages 7 and 10. We are VERY pleased with the way this center is ran. We enrolled here with the intention of only being here for the summer, however, my kids really enjoy it so we are continuing our care throughout the school year. The staff is always smiling and very informative of my children's day. It almost feels as though I am picking them up from a family member rather than a daycare. 100% would recommend this daycare to EVERYONE!!
