After waiting 45 minutes for the appnt, I tracked him down - he was on his way. Should have cancelled right then! He showed up and sprayed 'something'. A week later I still had bugs, I called him back. He offered another spray, but it would be 10 days later. We made an appnt for 11:00; at 11:45 I called him. His receiptionists said he was running an hour late and would be there at 12:00; at 12:30, no Darren, I called again. She said she didn't know where he was or what he was doing. I requested a phone call from him, nothing at all. Now I will have to call another exterminator and pay for a full spray again -- DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN - PROBABLY DOESN'T EVEN SPRAY ANYTHING USEFUL. I try to use local businesses; however, I am quickly learning, it is usually just not worth it. They will rip you off and move on to the next victim quickly.
