I love this place. They have a great selection, are easy to reserve and are ALWAYS on time. They make our parties the envy of the neighborhood.
Please don't send your child to this center. I had a two year old attending and was called at work that his tooth was out needless to say no one knows what happened. His lip was swollen and cut. Child licensing investigated and found no violation. Really...what are you searching for no one knows what happened to him. He went to the dentist on the same day, completed X-Rays to determine that trauma had occurred. Two teachers in the classroom could not explain what happened. This incident is very disheartening. So, be aware if you drop them off with two legs and get a call one is broken or cut off no one will know what happened. Not to mention the department of child licensing will not find a violation. My two year old has to be without a front tooth until he is about 5 or 6 years old. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!!
I love my children's daycare, they are all so caring and loving. They make you and your family feel very comfortable and safe by leaving your children with them. I would spread the word to every that is looking for a GREAT small environment to protect your precious little ones! Thanks Giggles & Giggles for everything and everything that you do!
My kids have been attending this school for a while now. It is absolutely one of the best daycare centers in the area. It is very clean and my kids have learned a lot. What stands out the most to me is the way that my family and I can monitor my babies from anywhere. Kids R Kids care about our babies just as much as we do. The teachers are really nice as well. I would recommend this school to anyone that wants to give their child/children a great start.
Rude, not professional and didn't go over rules and regulations at all! When speaking to the director, she hangs up in my face which is tremendously disrespectful and unprofessional! The workers have more politeness than the supervisor, where is that ever heard of!? The lack of professionalism from the director is ridiculous. We came from the kids r kids Copperfield near Katy; which was an exceptional facility. We were hoping for the same courteousness and professionalism when moving to this location but, Unfortunately, this place gives the kids r kids brand a bad reputation.
Just finished my 6 week challenge today. I'm very proud of myself. It was the best thing I've ever done for myself-and I feel amazing Thanks Probodies and all the awesome coaches there! I don't think I could have done it without the support the coaches give. Everyone that attends the gym becomes family. Glad I join the family at Probodies # Jordan u have a great team
The first day I walked in to TLE Spring- Louetta, "I knew this was my daycare!"I felt scared to enroll my daughter Allyson at yet another daycare, but when I met Miss Morgan and Warren I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed and at home. Miss Morgan walked me through the daycare within the same hour and I was very impressed! This daycare is the cleanest and well managed daycare in Houston. Now we have been at TLE for 4 months going on 5 and loving it!!Mrs Rhoda is Allyson's teacher and she is AWESOME!! She takes care of my baby like she is her own and Iove her :) for that!! She is great!! Allyson loves her too.Mrs. Alba is wonderful too... She is so funny and very nice and makes Allyson laugh. We love everyone at TLE Spring Louetta! And Miss Jessica and Fabiola!,We love our new director Mrs Destini, she is the perfect person to complete TLE.I look forward to many years at TLE Spring- Louetta. I know my Allyson will be very happy!Much TLC @ TLE Spring - Louetta Fallon M.
**** PARENTS BEWARE ****Poor service, lazy owner. Don't take my word for it though, just read the other reviews on google. There aren't many there, but most of the negative ones are talking about the owner/director. All she does is complain, about everyone and their kids. Don't plan on picking your kids up after 6 because even though they close at 630 the owner will start calling you if you're not there by 6 and complaining that you're always late. I feel bad for some of the other parents and employees that have to be around her. Spring is a small town and I've talked to a lot of people who know her and they all say the same thing. The owner is VERY rude and not just to me, but there are plenty of people who say she is mean and unfair. Even my son's mother said she is rude and we don't even get along. She was mean when she worked down the street by EZ FOOD STORE and she has only gotten more rude. She is the type of person who seems like she isn't happy with the way her life turned out so she is mean and rude to everyone she encounters (or maybe just anyone who questions her). If you say anything she will lie about you and bash you when you leave and make everyone think you did something wrong just for asking questions. Their policies are far behind industry standards and if it were up to me, my son would never go back here. I pick my son up daily and every time I go in I say Hi, bye, thank you, smile, sign out and I am very polite to everyone there. No one has ever had an issue with me when I show up there. The owner started lying about me to her staff and my son's mother because I raised logical questions regarding some of their polices including parent notification and why they always call me and complain that I'm late when I show up at 6 and they close at 630. They saw me every day the week before Christmas, I even spoke directly to the owner and they never once said anything about Christmas break and that we were required to sign him up (even though he is a daily visitor). They told us the day before the holiday week that my son couldn't go the next week because we didn't sign him up BUT WE STILL HAD TO PAY! I called the owner and I asked simple questions why they didn't notify us, especially when she saw me every day, why they didn't send a notice home in my sons backpack like every other daycare and school does, why they didn't call, why they didn't email, and why we should have to pay when they didn't notify us and the owner said quote "IT'S NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY YOU, THERE WAS A NOTE ON THE DOOR" and then she hung up on me. Don't you get paid to watch my kids? Now you want to refuse service and take my money anyway? Sounds like theft to me. But I'm the bad guy. This is literally the first verbal interaction I have had with this woman aside from Hi and Bye. Obviously she has a legal right to notify parents so I filed a complaint with the licensing board. After she found out, she told her staff that I was rude and mean to her and she got caught telling that to another child's mother who knew me from cubscouts and that lady told her and everyone there I was nice and she didn't see why she was saying those things about me. I haven't done anything to her except ask about their policies and I was hung up on. My son's mother chose this place and she refuses to change because it's the cheapest around but keep in mind CHEAPEST ISN'T ALWAYS BEST! Save yourself the hassle because you will eventually have troubles with this lady. Pay a little more, go somewhere else.
I attended Greengate Academy when I was a child. I have wonderful memories of my time spent there, in both the daycare and the private school. When I went to high school I returned to Greengate where I had the good fortune to work after school in the homework room helping kids with their homework. Now I am a parent of a beautiful little girl and I teach in the local school district. I have returned to Greengate Academy. Once again I was greeted by Miss Denise my Kindergarten teacher and director of the daycare. Many of the same teachers are still there. The warm nurturing atmosphere is still there. My child loves her teachers and her school. In a time where everything is always changing it us a gift from God to be able to find people and a school that still care and put the education and welfare of your child as their primary concern. If you are interested in a quality daycare and education for your child do your family a favor and visit Grrengate Academy.
I have been going to this Curves for 6 years now. Carlene, the owner, and her staff are so welcoming. They show a sincere interest in your best work out!! Great group of people to work out with too!!
