I had to quickly replace my vehicle, after it was destroyed by hurricane Harvey. Unlike the previous review, in which someone describes their careless, "Beverly Hillbilly's" method of car buying, I used the correct, "common sense" approach. Thus, resulting in a smooth vehicle purchase, and overall experience with B&D. Yet the reason I will send my family to B&D, is due to their countless efforts in accommodating my needs, including endless patience as I researched & reviewed, in order to choose the right vehicle.
Great service, pleasant experience. My 2010 sport needed brakes and service, British Unlimited got me out within a day. Highly recommend!
B and D auto is the WORST dealership you could EVER go to. I would not suggest going there at all. Me and my Fiance went there to try to find a good deal on a car, because Harvey really took a toll on us so we only had so much, so we saw a car we liked and we asked him is there ANYTHING wrong with this car, he told us EVERYTHING was fine there was NOTHING wrong with it internally. We test drove it, it seemed fine. As soon as we purchased it and took off it immediately started overheating, we had to replace an A/C fan, the battery, the starter, it has an oil leak, and it started thuddering after awhile. So he lied about the car running well. So we were about a week late on the payment because I was trying to get my money situated to pay it like I said before we've been having trouble since Harvey. & instead of calling and talking to one of us, they take the car. So when my fiance goes to try to talk to him, the man told him to fuck off, you didn't pay I don't care about your situation. This is a very terrible place to buy cars from, and HIGHLY unprofessinal. I will NEVER come here again.
Lincoln Review:I purchased a new MKX from Planet Lincoln (hwy 45 and on the same lot as Planet Ford) in 2014. The purchasing experience was fine except that I agree with others comments, they do try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't really need. However, once you purchase, the misery will begin when you take it back to use the service department. My vehicle has 24 months free oil change and tire rotation. During that period, After my first experience for an oil change, I dreaded going back. It was a terrible experience. 1st Experience: Three hours to wait for oil change. 2nd Experience: Warranty repair on door molding they made sound like was my damage. 3rd experience: 4 hour oil change (free isn't exactly free).Last experience: Dropped car and was told 5 hours minimum before done.No call all day so I called them only to be told the service dept. was closed and I could pick it up on Monday. I explained that was not acceptable since I did not have a loaner car and would be needed my vehicle for work.After multiple "nothing we can do" I asked for the manager. The general mgr also said they were closed.I repeated it was unacceptable and get my car. He called back to say he found my car in "make ready" and had jumped over the service counter to get my keys. He would leave them at the reception for me to pick up my vehicle. No apology for the confusion, or trouble (stress) they had caused me. Sure enough, keys were at the reception, nobody greeted me to apologize for the confusion, just handed me my keys. The receptionist was nice and I did apologize for her for getting turs and upset but I needed her to understand I had to have my car back.We are looking to trade in for a new vehicle which is why I wanted to finish out the protection plan I had paid for. I can certainly say I will never buy from Planet Lincoln again in my life. I wouldn't even take a free vehicle from them if it meant I would have to return to their service department.
i have a 2013 range rover evoque, came in for a check engine light for a fuel pressure problem. Steven suggested to reset light, and clear adaptations first and see if light comes back on with same code, then we would further check issue. Light did come back on and turned out to be a fuel pressure sensor. They replaced it and no check engine light anymore! Guys also did an oil change and tire rotation, will definitely come back. Oil change prices from british unlimited compared to dealer is a big difference,. Thank you!
I was able to bring my car in for maintenance on short notice and they had it ready on the same day. Also, I was able to pick it up after 5 which made it very convienent for me as I do not live in Spring. When I picked up my car it was clean, including the tires! :) Thank you for the great service!A. Krueger

I worked with Logan on obtaining a 2014 Fiat 500L. He helped me obtain a very reasonable deal on the vehicle. He also did not try and pressure me into purchasing the vehicle until I felt comfortable. Most of the times I leave a dealership I immediately head for the shower, so it was definitely a better experience.
