Ordered a Stromboli last night 10/19/2017, RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING-my fault....I never do that. Went to pick it up my son noticed it wasn’t steaming hot and didn’t look like it usually does but I convinced him to not take it back, stating they are closing people want to go home. Boy was I wrong, woke up to stomach cramps vomiting. Later this morning my sons started complaining one is at school😩 and I’m in Fayetteville. So, I called around 11:20, spoke with a young lady who clearly did not care, stating well we use fresh ingredients and so you are telling me this why..... was her tone. We just started back eating there however will not waste our $ again. Probably old sauce or poor handwashing but who knows, I do know there are 3 people that were fine before that Stromboli 🤢I wouldn’t have complained if that young lady was a bit friendlier I didn’t want ANYTHING FREE I just wanted her to know. Once a favorite has now become will not recommend or visit for our family Poor customer service!
Depends on the cook for the day. I actually like this place & the prices compare to most of others around. There has been a couple of waitresses I didn't care for, seemed like I was being rushed. I don't think she is there anymore. & if you get it delivered, WOW is what I say...always friendly & kind. I have never had a messed up order where I would have to call & have them come back out. ������������ Great job!!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! Very pricey and nasty calzones. We ordered a calzone and and stromboli and several salads for delivery. They delivered two calzones without the meat that we paid for instead of the stromboli. Manager said they would credit our account for the next order we placed. Tried to place the new order today and KAYLA, the manager, stated they would not honor what she originally told my husband (who is a local firefighter) because it was older then 30 days, so in fact they are thieves. They kept money for an item that was never delivered and that we originally paid for. The food is absolutely nasty down to the sauce unless you like a soiled tasting sauce. Nothing like northern pizza. We also asked to speak to the owner and Kayla said, no he will not get on the phone either. Poor customer service and even nastier food. Go elsewhere to spend your hard earned money.
Pizza always reminds me of Flatbush, Brooklyn NY as a little girl over 40 yrs ago.............. ��������
I have given this restaurant three tries and they failed all three times for the same reason! I call to place an order, they ask to put me on hold, I hold forever (one time I drove there WHILE ON HOLD ON MY CELL to find the person at the counter not doing ANYTHING. I asked her if she needed to take that call, (the phone was lying off the hook on the counter) so she picked up the phone and offered to take my order. I placed my order on the phone right there in front of her!!) I called again 6 months later, was on hold 8 minutes before someone came back. Since then, they moved to a new location. It had been over a year so I thought I'd give them another shot. (They are close to my job.) I GOT PUT ON HOLD FOR 5 MINUTES for the girl to get back on and ask me to hold again!!! It was just about ten minutes after 11 when I called. They had been open for about 10 minutes. You can't tell me they are so popular they don't have time to take my order! This is a small town in NC. Guess they don't need my business.
Pizza hut in Springlake NC is substandard and harmful to the reputation of the franchise. The employees are incompetent and fail to achieve simple task. There deliveries are hours late if they even arrive at all. When you drive to the store to pick up your order you'll find that they have failed to even make the food properly, such as forgetting to put cheese on your pizza
If I could have posted this with no stars I would have, the pizza was that horrible. The pizza was no joke a milimeter thick, it seems like they forgot the yeast. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again and I recommend that no one else does.
