        Overall

        Went by this business last night after dark, and there were no outside lights on. I thought they were closed, and it was barely 6:30 pm. The management of this business has been quite poor for awhile now. Sad.

        I used to work at BWW and let me just say I know what it's like to have a crappy night as a server but I think 8 out of 10 times the service is horrible. First of all 15 minutes to come take a drink order then rude, dismissive, and a complete disregard for customer service. Then we tell the manager on duty and he laughs and smiles and says okay. Yeah if you like terrible customer service and management and an I don't care attitude then this is definitely the place for you.

        Bdubs in spring hill is awesome and great hospitality besides one girl that is rude to coustmers everytime I'm in there glad I don't have her haha
