Stopped at this bank yesterday at 3 pm. The woman not white and not black, looks Mexican was very rude , racist. i told her i wanted to open a checking account. She asked me ' ARE YOU A RESIDENT, do you have a driver license, if not you cant open an account ''.Told her i am a registered nurse and i have been in this country over 50 years.She did not introduce herself , she assumed that i am illegal right at first sight because i am Asian.

I went in the Spring-Hill Fl. branch to get some closing papers on my house notarized and I was so overwhelmed and insecure that I was going to do it wrong. I was greeted by Diana Receveur and she was possibly the sweetest, funnest, and most easy going person I have ever met. I have never had a transaction at a bank leave such a positive lasting happy feeling. She took the stress away, added confidence and we got my closing handled in just a few minutes. GO DIANA! I HAVE OWNED A BUSINESS IN BROOKSVILLE FOR 25 YEARS. I WAS A BBVA COMPASS AND BANK OF AMERICA CUSTOMER FOR YEARS. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH EITHER BANK. I RECENTLY SWITCHED TO BB&T ON SPRING HILL DR AND MARINER. I COULDN’T ASK FOR MORE THAN THEY OFFERED ME. THEY REMINDED ME OF THE OLD TIME LOCAL BANKS. MIKE & JENNY BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO MEET MY NEEDS. THEY PAID FOR ALL MY CHECKS AND STAMPS. THEY GAVE ME BETTER RATES THAN ANY OTHER BANK IN THE AREA. THEY FOLLOWED UP AND MADE SURE THAT THE TRANSITION WENT SMOOTHLY AND THAT I WAS HAPPY! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE I KNOW. AS A MATTER OF FACT I AM GOING TO SEND THEM ALL THE CLIENTS I CAN. IT IS NICE TO BE APPRECIATED AND IT IS HARD TO FIND THAT OLD TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TODAY’S WORLD!
