Awful experience! I was already down, otherwise, I would have been in their face. I was talked down to, high pressured, and treated rudely.
I would love to know why i can pay at the store with my discover card but metro does not accept the card online! Such an inconvenience
I called to get information on locating the District Area Manager. I ask where the corporate store was located , " Jenny Nieves" who claims to be the manager was extremely rude and refused to give me any info on where the corporate store was or how to contact anyone. She was loud and yelling into the phone. This is what happens when you put uneducated people in charge and give them the title "MANAGER". She has no people skills and no customer service skills . I would love to have told her who I was , but its unimportant at this time. She will be flipping burgers at McDonald's soon. " Want frys with that Jenny ? "
