        After taking my dog here for several years mostly because it was so near where I live. But things had gone fairly well with services and charges. But a couple months back came in for a Standard Senior Dog Wellness Checkup. They were still in Covid-19 Protocols so I stayed in my car which turned out to be a mistake. After supposedly doing some blood work they returned her to me. The next day or so I get a call/text from them saying they made a mistake and all the work hadn't been done. To which I replied "That's all fine and well but I paid you $145 dollars for whatever you did and that's all I'm going to pay". Suddenly some office manager clown calls me back with some BS that the Senior Check was the following month in May and that was why they were suddenly calling????!!!! REALLY AFTER ADMITTING THEY MADE A MISTAKE DIDN'T DO THE WORK THEY SHOULD HAVE THEN THEY FLAT OUT LIED. I WON'T DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHO LIE TO COVER THEIR MISTAKES!
