        Overall

        The beginning of December 2015 I went to Tires Plus in Spring Hill, FL. I took my BMW in for an oil change. A few days later my husband is getting ready to go pick up family from airport and oil light and check engine light both go on (coincidence, I don't think so) he checks oil, and its EMPTY!!! after only days since oil change and now curiously car is shaking, but it was 8 PM and we had to pick up family from airport, so we put oil in the car and left to pick up family. I told my husband, we have family over and its almost Christmas. We will take it to them after Christmas. I took it in today December 27th and the guy opens the hood and with just one look says oooohh its not our fault, this motor has been washed, and you can call your lawyer if you want. My jaw dropped WTF is wrong with these people. Now I'm convinced they sabotaged the car to get me to come in for more repairs, automatically assuming that because I drive a BMW I have money. I am not going to contact a lawyer, but I will tell you what I will do. I will take my business elsewhere in the future, and I will spread as much bad word of mouth advertising as humanly possible, and that my dear corporate team is how this customer will handle your sabotaging my car. If you didn't know, bad word of mouth advertising is horrible for business, and I will also report to BBB. Have a nice day!!!
