We highly recommend this company for any structural needs to your home. They are listed with BBB and have a trail of testimonials from satisfied customers...including us. They completed a major project to correct three floors of deterioration, met deadlines, and stayed in constant communication with us throughout. The owner, Steve, did an excellent job getting one of his crews involved in our project and the workers showed a high level of consistency and efficiency throughout the process. We will be retaining this company's business card as a major resource for any future needs, as living near the coastline brings a whole different set of issues with the structure of a home.
Excellent work done by Property Services GC! We had a mother-in-law suite added to our house last year. It was a somewhat complex build as we used one existing bedroom and covered porch which were turned into a great room consisting of a living room and kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and an island. This phase of the project required opening an exterior load bearing wall. The next phase, an adjoining bedroom was added with bathroom including a walk-in tub, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet. The addition is perfect and everyone who visits remarks on how beautiful it is.
We have to say owner Steve, and his crew, takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the work including any work done by subcontractors. If a subcontractor did something not up to par, the owner or his crew would point it out and make sure the work was redone correctly or fix it themself. My mother-in-law changed her mind about a few things halfway through the build. Not only did they make the changes, but they also went out of their way to make sure she was happy every step of the project.
We highly recommend Property Services GC and plan to use them when we build a new house in the future.

They had an eye for detail and made suggestions for the job that we didn't even think of. They were very professional and courteous.

Provided by ThryvI purposefully let a period of time pass before leaving this review. Often times upon first review and the excitement of having a completed project, we have a tendency to over-rate the work and then find problems later. Now, after using the new addition for a few months, I would say that my expectations have been met. I believe it is well built and will stand the test of time. In particular, I found the design department to be exceptional. They took our rough design and brought it to the next level. I really like how the new addition blends perfectly with the original house, it is as if it were always there! Steve was very professional in handling our many questions and concerns, I would recommend his services to others. The only concern I had was what seemed to be a breakdown in communication to the sub-contractors. As homeowners, we had to step in a number of times when the workers were doing something differently than what had been discussed with Steve.
