I have been using Crosspoint since they first opened their doors. It is rare nowadays to find a company that isn't trying to upsell you services or equipment that is not necessary. Tony and his crew are straight shooters, and they get the problems solved on the first trip. I have the maintenance package that they offer, and it is so worth the peace of mind knowing that my air conditioning is running at its best when the high temps of Florida's summer hit. We called Crosspoint Refrigeration and set up an appointment to have our A/C diagnosed as the fan motor wasn't working. The knowledgeable technician called and came on time, assessed the problem and skillfully worked until it was back up and running! We really appreciate the company's entire staff from the office workers, technicians and owner for their integrity and service.

The two Crosspoint employees that installed our system were the best, I was a Lennox Dealer in South Texas for 20 years and I would have hired them hands down. They came to the job site when they said they would and went right to work installing a High Efficiency Lennox Heat Pump system. Our old system was 21 years old and has been serviced by Crosspoint and kept running for the past 5 years until it finally failed. Having knowledge of service procedures I watched Crosspoint technicians find the problems and fix them until it just could not be done anymore. I highly recommend this company, their integrity and honesty is outstanding. This is what a Christian based company should look like.

Awesome people and awesome service! Crosspoint Refrigeration has been the company we've used and recommended for a few years now. There's been many times that my customers are told by other companies that they need to replace their A/C systems and it will be thousands of dollars.. I tell them to let Crosspoint diagnose it and they repair it for much less saving the customers hundreds or thousands of dollars! One was recently a repair that was under $300 so we knew the other company was taking advantage of the absentee owner by telling them parts didn't work and they needed a new system when they didn't. Crosspoint has been by far the best company we've ever worked with! They are honest, professional, courteous, fair and dependable.

Crosspoint has maintained our companies heating and cooling needs for about 3 years - including fixing our industrial ice machine, changing out filters on regular basis, putting in new ac units, taking after hour calls (on several occasions) as well as making prompt appointments. Third experience- have 3 units. Troubleshooting is superb and vary thorough. They go the extra mile and then some. Tony and team cannot be beat if you want a professional outcome- each and every time. I will use them anytime- no regrets.

Suffice to say my rating reflects the CP team's performance- all of them exceeded my high standards of professionalism. This is a top quality small company that delivers on their promises. Fair, honest and reasonable. Integrity & quality- that is what you will get. There are cheaper installations, but the savings amount to what I term "fools gold". Shortcuts amount to problems. I have used others for 3 properties by a well known outfit, & had to have 5 service calls for two separate installations elsewhere just to make the installation work. On one install they broke something and did not own up (caught) & did not pay to fix! So buyer beware. The unit must be installed correctly at every step and having replaced 7 systems and innumerable service calls- I can state no one has ever come close- & yes I supervise the jobs. They were ahead of me every step of the way! Tony and team even placed 2 portable loaner ACs in the house while replacing the system, and tried to limp the old one along while waiting several days for delivery of the new one. He used a new (expensive) part from his inventory- no charge- and charged one-half of what the big name outfit wanted for the same work! All I can say, is I will use them for any HVAC services. Jay

I bought a business that has refrigerated and frozen groceries and produce. I was constantly calling another company to service the coolers and freezers because they had not been on a routine maintenance schedule. Sometimes the company would not even show up after multiple calls. Connected with Tony's staff during a Chamber of Commerce function and a few days later Tony came out to talk about Crosspoint's services. I signed a service contract and although there was much work to be done to bring the units up to worry free condition, I have had nothing but satisfying experiences. You will not be disappointed with his staff's professional, courteous, well informed manner of business. Tony obviously does a great job in staffing for a long term successful business.

My AC went out during the night.By morning it was unbearable.Called Crosspoint only bcuz of the name was the same as my church. I was petrified of calling an AC co. solely on "name" only. I was immediately put at ease w/the lady who answered phone.She had a beautiful caring voice &assured me a tech would be out w/in 2 hrs.As promised a tech came.'Tony"is also owner of Crosspoint. He is a very polite, clean cut young man who promised to have my AC back and running asap.As he worked on the outside unit in the sweltering heat, I talked w/him the entire time. I loved his Christian values& was impressed with this man not just as a worker but as a person.He totally renewed my faith in Mankind. Can't explain or put into words how positive my experience w/Tony was. I will highly recommend Crosspoint to anyone needing an AC co. His Christian beliefs,dedication to family & his honest approach stands alone.. The work was done fast and costs ALOT less than expected.No high pressure tactics.
