For a registered nurse it is a hostile work environment. The Administrator embarrasses staff in front of their colleagues at weekly meetings, this has been going on for years and she has lost many good nurses but the behavior continures. The scheduler is verbally abusive to nursing staff. The DON is unapproachable and tells the staff to call the supervisor who is over-worked and on the phone all day. RN's order supplies that aren't purchased, unable to follow Dr. order without proper supplies. When in office scheduler will not give nurses admission folders to keep in car. She tells nurses, "Drive here and get them (60 miles round trip) that's what you get the big bucks for." The slogan for this company should be: THE BEATINGS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL MORALE IMPROVES.I worked here for two years, I have been an RN for 29 years and it was the poorest work environment I have ever been at. The day I decided to leave this agency was the day I relaxed. I now work for a company that TALKS THE TALK AND WALKS THE WALK. When they say their company is like a big happy family, they SHOW it.

This Dr. is dangerous. I had 9 visits with him, due to insurance, he was the only one close to me that took it, and he did not put a stethoscope on me until my 9th and last visit. I'd like to add also, that I have COPD. My husband is on insulin and they cancelled an appt. with us and would not call in his meds. He went 4 days without his insulin and the office didn't care at all. He changed my husbands medicine without an explanation, or even wanting to know why he was on certain medicines. I would like to add that he had been on these meds for many years. The Dr. doesn't listen to you, he talks into the microphone, and types on the computer during your whole visit. I have never had such bad experiences with another Dr. He advertises he's a graduate of John Hopkins. John Hopkins would roll over in his grave if he knew the way this Dr. practices. They are many good Drs. around, so take a good look into others before you go there. I pity anyone who puts their life into his hands.
From the moment I stepped into this facility, I knew I had found the hidden gem of professionalism and care in Spring Hill. Restorative Therapy's Holistic Wellness Clinic is unparalleled, offering complete body, mind and spirit awakening. The empathic nature of each therapist is profound and working together, as a team, they compile personalized plans to suit each clients needs. Patients requiring Physical Therapy are met by Bob Nye. His kind and friendly presence instantly eases any nervousness and he quickly sets the foundation for a happy and healing journey. Clients visiting for Massage Therapy are assessed and meet with Damien Wolff, Rowan Hill or Peter Lowden, each trained in various diciplines to ensure your needs are fully met. Suffering myself from an MCL injury, the team continually helps aid in my healing process from the inside out. The Holistic Nutrition & Weight Loss Programs are like no other. Focusing on the internal workings of the body first...clients are assessed individually and appropriate meal planning and nutrient requirements are recommended. But it doesn't stop there! Ongoing followup is part of the consistent care clients receive when sharing their journey at Restorative Therapy. Clients are treated like family, not strangers, and quickly feel comfortable and happy they came in. Highly, highly recommended facility!!
A wonderful facility with a great staff. I have met the owners and I would personally recommend this facility to anyone looking for a nursing home alternative.
