IT ISN'T WORTH YOUR LIFE!!Worst service department I have ever beheld starting with the the down right mean and berating lady (Brittany) at the front desk to the guy (unknown) who forgot to tighten all four bolts that hold my rear brake calipers on! This was a most serious situation of which the worst possible outcome could have resulted in loss of life, and not just mine but my daughters as well.. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HAVE VEHICLE SERVICE DONE HERE! It isn't worth the possible outcome.. Also, it has been over a month now and I still have not received any form of contact (aside from promotional emails) from Flammer Ford of Spring hill, despite my having reached out via their website and the quality control survey email they send out after your visit.

took my xterra to 5 star they tried th charge me $600 to check my knock sensor said it was making my car stall.i called dealer they said they said it would not make car stall said i might lose a couple mpg but could drive will no problem.they said they had a $20,000 compuer like dealer they do not.i have the same code reader they have.they had my car for 3 day and did not fix nothing and chared me $70.00 to read codes same thing autozone does for free.owner bruce peach was very very rude to me..manager said he was a mechanic he is not.manager said they check fuel pressure but when i ask mechanic he said he did not.go to dealer spend a little more but get the wright advise and get treated right..
