We had a tree fall on the roof of our house at 11pm. Called Mike at Advanced Tree Care at 11:30 pm and he immediately picked up the phone. He had a team at our house the next morning which was July 4th. They carefully removed the tree without causing further damage to our home. He even had a crane come in for the portions of the tree that were way too heavy for his team to move. Definitely recommend this company for all your tree care needs!

I chose them to do the work on my yard simply because of the excellent reviews, and I will say that I was definately not disappointed! The pricing was approximately 15% less than other competitors to have one large oak tree removed, 3 large sycamore trees pruned, and 5 stumps removed. They were on time to start the job, and my yard looks better than before they started. Mike had to remove a portion of my fence to remove the oak tree from my backyard, and the bottom of the post was so rotted out, they replaced it at no charge. I would absolutely recommend them to any of my neighbors and friends that are looking for a honest, professional tree trimming/removal service. Thanks again Mike to you and your team! I called Mike to get a quote to remove the large Box Elder tree in my backyard. MIke gave me a fair quote beating the competition. Mike came with his crew on the date and time planned. In a matter of a few hours, the tree was gone and the backyard was cleaned up. Mike and his crew acted in a very professional manner. Recently I had Mike and his crew out to our house to trim, prune three large trees and take another down, they were "tree-mendous." From my first contact with Mike until the last leave was blown away it has been nothing short of a great experience. First off, when I called Mike he got back to me in a day and scheduled an appointment for an estimate two days later. When he came out he was very professional and listened to my concerns and was very thorough in explaining how they could be addressed. I knew than they were the people for me. I called him back after receiving his proposal and he scheduled me the following week! When Mike's crew arrived to do the job it was like a finely tuned tree swat team that proceeded with caution, precision in doing the work, and truly cared about our property as well. As they proceeded cutting and pruning my neighbors started to gather and watch this crew perform like this fine high wire act for two plus hours. Everything and more was done to perfection! Mike even made a point to ask me if everything was done as expected and trimmed some other limbs that were not in the original proposal. The crew was immaculate in their clean up and the placed look better than when they started. One of the most interesting things was that when the last leave was blown away and the crew was getting into the their trucks to leave my neighbors (about 12) across the street broke out in applause for the great job they dId! My backyard was transformed from an overgrown tree mess to a parklike setting by Mike and his crew in one afternoon, I am very grateful for the wonderful job they did. This is the first review I have ever done, But I am telling you if you need tree service just call Mike and don't waste your time with anyone else, They after the best! -

We hired Advanced Tree Care to come out and clean up several extremely large, Siberian Elms in our small, confined backyard. I'd estimate the trees to be 50' tall and our yard is 65' x 65', therefore not a lot of room for error! They had been neglected and storm damaged for at least 20 years. We also have a utility easement with powerlines on two sides of the property, and or course our house beneath it all. Mike and his crew handled the job with ease, with no bucket trucks or heavy equipment. They were knowledgeable about our trees and how to care for them, not only Mike, but his workers as well. Everyone was friendly and courteous and they left the job site cleaner than when they arrived. Communications were great and all additional work and charges were fully explained and cleared with us before they continued work. We had trees removed, trimmed, stumps ground, and a cable stabilizer placed in our largest tree. We will definitely call again in the future! Thanks Mike & the Crew!

120' plus Sycamore (45"+ diameter) in my backyard about 25 feet from where we sleep... After this summer of storms, wind, and mayhem, losing sevaral branches, broken window in my daughter's bedroom, and gutters getting torn down, I have decided to make a move in the cause of safety for my family and my neighbors. I searched around for a tree removal company that had the skill to remove such a large tree, with no help of heavy equipment. Mike came over and gave me a very fair estimate for the removal of the tree and all debris, including stump grinding. I hired Advanced, and was amazed by the ingenuity and safety conscience minds at work 100ft+ up in the tree. They took the tree down piece by piece with no issues. I hired this company based on the reviews here to remove a tree in my back yard that was split in half due to the storm. Mike gave me a great price; he also gave me a great price to prune a tree in my front lawn. The work performed by Mike and his crew was absolutely great, including the clean-up. Mike, the owner, is the leader of the group; he climbed the tree to take it down piece by piece. Three of my neighbors were so impressed by Mike and his crew, they hired them to do work for them. I cannot say enough about this company and their friendly attitude. I will recommend Mike to anyone asking about tree removal or trimming. Thanks Mike.

I'm on the board of an apartment complex in deplaines. We called multiple big name company's for estimates on having one dead Ash tree removed and some pruning done. Most company's never show up or said they were 3 weeks out just to get an estimate. This company estimated it in the 3 day window they told me and had the work done the next week. They gave us work date and kept to it. The work crew was on time and very professional and all American that was surprising and made asking question easy. Although the owner Mike sounded good over the phone, did not show up 3 times to provide estimate as promised. Owner was not present when crew was working. When removing fallen tree, left tree stump many inches above ground. Never returned call with voice mail left asking about this issue.
