Spring Branch RV Center

Don't do any business with these folks. From the owner down they are the biggest bunch of dishonest folks I have met since someone tried to sell me AmWay! I had almost 1k dollars worth of work done on my RV through the service center. When I went to pick up the RV I realized the handle was broken. I brought the remaining part of the handle to the office to ask what happened. Immediately the guy said.. Oh, yea forgot to tell you about that... don't worry I will order you a new one and call you. Well, as you might guess there was no call. I followed up 4 more times over the next two months only to get a new lie each time. Finally they offered to have me buy a new handle and they would "save me" the 100 dollar labor to install it. They ultimately said if your RV is with us we don't care and are not responsible in any way. they let people wander aimlessly around the lot, leave all of the RV's open, etc... Really a bad operation with a bunch of guys who remind me of bad cheap suit car salesman that didn't hit quota and couldn't get hired anywhere else. Take the time to travel anywhere else to do business.
