They messed up my order in drive thru, they sent someone out and replaced it but the replacement was messed up. I called and the morning manager refused to help me (I didn't feel comfortable going in because I wasn't wearing a brassiere...hence going through the drive thru in the first place). She said she was too busy dealing with other customers tip send someone out and even after I told her twice that I was uncomfortable going in the store without a bra she refused to help me unless I came inside the store. She refused to give me her name and refunded my money...minus 32 cents...crumpled up the receipt and money and shoved it in my hand forcefully. I called corporate and they said the franchise owner should be calling me soon. I hope so because that manager was totally rude.
Morning manager gave me wrong order, expected me to pull around and go through whole process again. When I wouldn't he threatened to call the police. Wouldn't give his name. Was condescending and unbelievably rude! He appeared short with black hair. Possibly Hispanic. Don't go there! B
I gotta say that McD's in Spring Arbor has improved quite a bit lately. over the last few weeks I haven't had to wait for my order more than a couple of minutes and it has been fresh and good. for a while there I swore I would never go back. So what ever you're doing keep it up.
