Don't go there. My first visit was great. The second visit was the last. They had a few clients there and I was given an elderly woman to file my nails. She starts filing them with a old emery board that should have been thrown in the trash. She refused to shape my nails correctly they were all uneven. When I requested that they be filed evenly someone else came over to look at them and said they looked fine. I paid and left with out the even polishing my nails and advised them I was not happy and would not ever be back. I was told " who cares". I guess they do not need clients
I went to this place cause it was in the area I was in I wanted to treat myself to a new set of nails ... From the minute I walked in I knew this was going to be an issue ... The sign on the door said they were open till 7:30 .. It was 5:30 ... The guy said no were closing at 6 .. So I said ok and proceeded to leave the woman stops me and said no sit here ... I sit down and tell her how I I want my nails. I prefer my nails flared at the tips. She made a face about it and than talked about me in her language. Honestly every place does that so I didn't take it personally. I told her I wanted pink and white again she had an attitude she said it's $65. Which to me is a little pricy cause it's usually around $45. But I was willing to pay it. She's still complaining about how I want my nails. Now three girls are over by the table I'm at clearly talking about me. She than says ugh what a project this is going to be. I've now had enough. So rude!
This place is very popular. They have great pedicures here, which involve a lot of massage and different treatments. I think this place is best known for their pedicures. You sometimes have to wait but that is a testament to their popularity, I guess. When they are busy they do rush sometimes. And their nail polish does not last as long as it used to. Despite the negatives, I still recommend this place to friends.
