Son/daughter-in-law bought 2 phones for 75.00 a little over 2 weeks ago (w/impression insurance included) phone kept freezing and refused to honor warranty - little nick on side of phone and they said you must have dropped clerk suggested to add insurance for past to weeks after doing so still refused to help...personsonally think phone was bad, now stuck - will be going to diff company and will never refer METRO PCS TO ANYONE
I had a TERRIBLE expirence. I went in yesterday (2/5/17) to take a look at the iPhone 7. One of the staff came up and said, "hey can I help you?" I said, "no thanks, I'm just looking at this iPhone 7. I'll let you know if I have any questions." To which he replays, "oh I see how it is.... you came into my store just to look at my phones. You won't buy anything. I see how it is."I mean seriously now?I reply, "Excuse me? You're kinda rude. I'm going to take my business elsewhere." He says, "Yeah. You better."I came back to ask his co worker what their managers name is and they both were super rude. "Oh yeah, you better call my manager. He would LOVVVEEEE to hear this one! Ha! Want help spelling my name? Ha!"I'll never to business with these guys, let alone Sprint.
Be very, very careful of the Spokane VA Medical Center (Mann-Grandstaff) --- My spouse and I are both elderly (he's a veteran)and 100 % legally. On July 12, 2016, we had the fright of our life,when the Medical Center POLICE CHIEF and SEVERAL OF HISOFFICERS, LITERALLY BACKED MY DISABLED SPOUSE and I(even with Seizure Meds 3#'s a day, I have grand mal seizures)into a corner, where CHIEF HAYTER BEGAN TO LITERALLY YELLING AT US UNTIL HIS FACE TURNER RED, CALLING US "LIARS," "CHEATS," "Not worthy to be in Medical Center," threateningto have us UP BEFORE A JUDGE after HE ARRESTED US FORA FELONY , etc. for having a little service dog who a little girlwas petting. He was so BULLYING, SO ABUSIVE, SO FRIGHTENING (AND YOU COULD SEE, HE REALLY ENJOYED IT ) that I had a GRAND MAL SEIZURE, even though I had had oneduring a similar EPISODE of police misconduct at this VA MEDICAL CENTER in FEBRUARY. Please be aware of the Cleaning Authority owned by Mark Silver. The do not do a thorough job and their staff has a high turn over rate. They are always running late and the crew always seems rushed and exhausted. They are not efficient in responding to emails or phone calls when calling to express concerns about the cleans that were done on my designated days. I do not have a large home approximately 900 sq ft, but when they do their thorough cleaning with two girls it only takes them 45 min.
Yes, the business hours may leave much to be desired however the customer service was excellent. We love our new phone and new service. This is the first smart phone we've had but we're totally satisfied with it. Even though we're pretty old and find new technology to be trying at times this was very easy to learn. I would recommend to anyone who is considering switching to a smart phone and doesn't want to have a huge monthly bill and sign a 2 year contract to go talk to the people at Spokane Wireless. You can even change your monthly plan at any time without any problems. They're very patient with novices. They were willing to spend as much time as was needed to help us. They even stayed late and when we told them we had to talk it over and think about it they didn't pressure us at all. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
The people in this store go out of their way to help! I had a problem with a phone I got from customer service and it was the third one. I went to several stores in Spokane and none of them would help me get a different model, except for the store on Regal! They were able to get me a new phone in just 2 days and this one works great! The managers and staff really care!
Very poor customer service. Do not go to this store for help. The staff is rude, arrogant, and do not know what they are talking about.
worst customer service EVER. always rude. they told me to glue my phone case together, then it ruined my speakers so you couldnt hear me. and then told me to buy another phone!! they always pull stuff like that. or they lock the doors early and laugh at you sitting outside. i HATE this place.
Don't send your bills into to Avista Light company in Spokane Washington. Go to a pay station. I sent my money order into Avista light company and they sent it back to me. They didn't want to take the blame for ripping my money order and Bill. They tried to make me take the blame. I went to there office and they said well we don't know what Machine this. I said Machines open the mail we send you, and Sandra said yes. They don't want to take the blame. I went to a lawyer and he said they are to blame for this. he said it doesn't matter who open it , machine or man, if it was opened at there place of business it is there mail there fault. Please listen to me the Avista does this to a lot of people. Take you payment to a pay station. I have to wait 65 days for the 200.00 dollars money to come back, and avista is giving me a dead line to get this bill paid. I told them nooooo and now I am taking it the public. They don't want to take responsibility for the damage they did to my money order and they want me to pay 2 bills now by aug 6th. I told them nooooo I am only going to pay for the month of augeust and if you shut me off I will sue. Please take your payment into a pay station . Don't ever send your payment in, this has happen to many. The avista doesn't deserve any stars. But in order for me to finish this and post this I have to say a star.
