I have lived in these apartments and they leave much to be desired. I would never rent from them ever again. They are over priced and way too small.
If you like having your garage broke into, or management who really doesn't care then move here. Plenty of shady people to make you not want to let your kids play outside. If something breaks then I guess you have to deal with broken. Current staff is rude and will lie to you... and Yes there is better in this town for the price... Welcome to the Deer Run projects!
DON"T MOVE HERE!!! the management is horrible. They try to enforce rules that do not exist and attempt to make changes to leases in the middle of a term which is ILLEGAL! the neighbors suck and instead of coming to a person with an issue go directly to management who have no people skills and handle things horrendously. so wish i did not live here!
Unless you want your car stolen do not rent from here. The police informed me that 8-10 a week get stolen from this complex and the staff are not doing anything to address this issue.
Less than 1 star. Frequent vandalization of the senior's vehicles. According to KHQ news, The property will not staff a full time security attendant. Do not let your mother/father end up at this property.
This place is awful. It is drafty, nothing works the way it should. Management is really mean. There is always rude notes posted. They suck at clearing ice from there parking lot. The laundry room hours are inconsistent. I have hated living here so much. I would not recommend it to anyone!
I had a lot to chose from when I was transferred to Fairchild AFB. My wife and I are not from this area and we looked at over 9 different apartments before choosing Deer Creek Apartments and I can say that we made the right choice. Our apartment is incredibly big, fully loaded, with an awesome bay window and even better neighbors. Everyone at the office has been more than helpful in making our move to Spokane a positive experience. They understand the issues that military persons face when moving to a new area and they go the extra mile to make you feel at home.
