Our first impression of Kit was not a good one and now that I think about it, it was a red flag we should have payed attention to. On our first visit to her office Kit was in her own office where we could see her from our seats but she didn't bother to talk to us once. She didn't introduce herself, say hello - nothing. We did not feel very welcome. A bit later my 18 year old nephew moved in with us. He had a car but wrecked it and then used the bus rather than get another. Kit insisted we put him on our auto policy. Being that he was just a kid, with an accident and a ticket, this would have jacked our rates up HUGE. He wasn't driving our cars and as a renter we shouldn't have to add him to our policy anyway. Related or not, he's an adult with his own policies. This is where things got weird. The employee we met with that first day called us one afternoon - from her cell phone in her car. She said she wasn't comfortable with how Kit was pushing us to add my nephew to our policy and told us that if he did get into an accident in our cars, he was covered by uninsured motorist. I have no idea why Kit would be dishonest about this, unless her only motive was to get the extra money we'd end up paying. Not long after this, the woman who had called us was no longer working there.I contacted the office recently to change agents and a different employee called to ask why we were leaving. I explained but even now, a week after that call, Kit has yet to reach out to us. We expected an apology, or something to at least acknowledge what happened but NOPE. Nothing. In our nearly 4 years of having her as an agent she never once reached out to us about updating our policies as our former agent did. She made us feel like we didn't matter a lick to her and tried to force us into an expensive policy we didn't need. I love and recommend State Farm (Been a customer 20+ years) to anyone needing insurance but I cannot in good conscience recommend Kit Brennick.

Andy Cline & Agency are dishonest from the get go. I had nothing but problems with them since he took the agency over. They don't even get a one star. Christina gave me a six month quote and then they charged me way more then what I was quoted. ( The ole bait and switch game!) They did this to me not once but twice. I emailed and spoke with her and then Andy did his little song and dance about oh insurance rates went up and we notified you of the increases & then accused me of not getting the notices when I had contacted Christina each time. Every time she assured me the billing on my next billing would be what she quoted but the first payment had to be over the top of what I was quoted then it would go down to what she quoted me. I contacted her each time and nothing but more bs. Then when I switched to an honorable agency and called Christina for their fax number to fax in my cancellation she gave me an Idaho phone number and not the fax number. How immature.
I used to go to this store all the time when I lived in the area several years ago. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and even funny sometimes. Yesterday I stopped in for the first time in a few years and the lady working was shockingly rude! I was driving through the area and just needed to pick up a bottle of E-juice for my E cig. I thought I would see if B's carried any. I walked in to see a long line and two people behind the counter. A woman working the cash register and a guy just standing there. So I asked the guy if they sold E juice. He said no. I went to leave since I didn't need anything else, and the woman working the register says "don't ask him hes just the delivery boy. We do have E juice, if you would of waited your turn you would know." Excuuuuse me. I wasn't going to wait in a long line just to ask a question. Especially when I see two people behind the counter who both appear to be employee's. One who seems busy and the other does not. How was I supposed to know he was "just a delivery boy?" And you can't answer a customers question while checking another customer out?? So I continued to wait in line, and then the woman says to the delivery boy (as she called him) "leave it to the cashier to teach people manners!" Referring to me...i walked out after that comment. I'm sorry, but I will take my business somewhere else. I don't need to deal with being treated like trash by some minimum wage, crack head, looking cashier with dirty hair. That was just ridiculous and I will never go back there again.

Most rude ppl I've every dealt with. Made my 2 year old son cry cause I asked before I tried if he can break a 20$ bill he said yes so my son picked out a candy and I gave him the 20$ bill to pay for his candy and he said no I can't break it and said good day leave no to my son and I asked why do u have to be so rude he said good day ( he was rude the whole time I was in there) but I walked out and a guy walking said they are rude as f#%$ and I agreed lol and I have talked about it with a couple other friends and random lol and I just asked them about that location and all said I don't go there they are mean and rude. Enter at your own risk with the 7 eleven on maple Street Spokane wa lol
We called for a simple quote and discovered their rates seemed very low. A few days later, someone from their company was walking through our yard and taking pictures, in spite of "no trespassing" signs and with no previous notice or arrangements made that they would be coming. After calling to complain, they decided the rates would be significantly higher for no other reason than the agent's assistant (Amanda) had "forgotten some things". Very petty, unprofessional, and disorganized.
I had brought in three lotto tickets, one I knew was bad, the other two I won, totaled $5. When I gave them to the clerk she scanned them and said I only won $3. Not the $2 from the other one... She made a comment saying that the one I thought I won on was difficult to get and I didn't get it.... So I left... But what hit me later was that if all three tickets were different how did she know the one I thought I won on when I didn't tell her? Good guess? No, she told me I didn't win the one that I did and she kept the two bucks. I will never go there again. I should have challenged it but there was a line. Next time I won't let someone pull a fast one on me. I also knew I one because I scratched the part where it tells you if you did......
