Piece of Mind

This last time I went in there I was shopping for a vaporizer. After some consideration I chose one and they boxed it up and I paid my money and left. When I got home and opened the box I realized they had sent me home with a completely different vaporizer then the one I had picked out and paid for. Knowing that customer service was important to them I thought nothing much of it more then a mistake. I called them right away and said " hey I'm sure this is a mistake and you probably already noticed but you gave me the wrong box. I paid for a ___ vape and this is a vape with no label on the machine or the box. Can I bring it back down to get the one I paid for?" The kid on the phone told me that the one he sent me home with was the same brand just looked different and that there are no returns.

People are very friendly and try their best to help you out. They know what they are talking about and they have a cheerful attitude when they speak to you. they have good, durable pieces.. but they are a tad expensive.
