        If you're a private citizen using this service, go somewhere else. They are professional with their service giving you a condensed version, a regular version, and a CD - all of which you pay for and I was not told about it. I was told it would be $3.60 per page and not made aware of all the "extras" you get while paying the page price. Also, there were a lot of "inaudibles" which I and several others I had listen to that could hear it. In addition, I felt I was being patronized when I complained that the one important quote I needed was claimed inaudible. When I made them go back again, they found it. When the second batch was returned, another CD I wanted them to check was not even done. I finally gave up, listened to it myself and copied the necessary information painstakingly. I have nothing good to say about them.
