Dishonesty as a business practice?

We where excited and encouraged to hear of a business partnership through Shine 104.9 and Arrotta's Automax. The host of the radio station saying this is a dealership with family and religious values we can appreciate.

But Buyer Be Aware :

Unfortunately I can say Arrotta's is just as dishonest as the others out there. We where sold a vehicle that was dishonestly advertised as a luxury model with many features it did not have and charged for a much higher valued vehicle then we received (about 3500 dollars higher). When we brought our concerns back to Arrotta's I was disappointed to hear from the manager and our salesman that this was a common practice at Arrotta's and they actually went on to say they had models listed they didn't even have and never did is some cases. Our sales man went on to say he list Arrotta's cars on craigslist as a private seller to trick people.�

I'm not sure if that's illegal but its extremely shady behavior and very dishonest business practices. Anyway a lesson learned by us that we wanted to pass along to others who maybe got a misleading info from Shine 104.9 as well.
