This reviews is for their main office in Spokane as well as the one in Spokane Valley.
1. They did allergy testing on me and after months I still have 3 scars. I was not even that allergic to anything, she must have done way too much or something. I have had it done in another state with no issues.
2. The main office said I should do 2 shots a week for a few weeks then once a week. I go to satellite office and they didn't know and supposedly asked and they said once a week. (so they don't actually know??)
3. So now going to satellite office yet they often don't have anyone to do it, even though the schedule online that they say to check is supposed to be updated. So I didn't get my shot AGAIN a couple of weeks.
4. They called a few weeks back and left a message saying that nobody would be able to do it that week and to go to the main office. So we had to go all the way over there...we get there in time (end of week) and sit down, they tell me they don't have the solution for me, I told them the message said to go to the main office. The lady there (same one that did my testing) said I was suppose to pick up my own solution from the satellite office and bring to them...I was like?? First if that was the case why didn't they tell me, second that does not make any sense at all, I am certain I am NOT supposed to have it in my possession for MANY reasons. So another week without shot.
5. Went to satellite the next week and the lady that did my shot has been doing it for 40+ years said that other lady had no clue and they can't let me take it and it is to be taken by their courier. So the person that said to go to the main was an idiot for not making sure it was going to be there and lady when we got there was full of it as well.
6. Another lady at the satellite did something that caused a golf ball size lump on my arm..it didn't itch or cause me any issues, except it was huge and had a fever. (I didn't notice it for quite a few hours)
