I have used spokane home healthcare twice. The 1st time was done thru providence after my surgery. The service lacked customer care as no paperwork was given to me and billing continued because I had no clue who to call to return the chair. It took many calls to sacred heart to figure out where the chair came from. My last surgery I called them directly a month prior to my surgery to request a chair. I was told I would receive the same wheelchair and leg lift noted in my chart from the previous surgery. When the chair was delivered to the hospital it was not the same chair, it was to small and had no leg lift. I was then told sorry we don't deliver to your area and my husband had to drive in to pick up the lift. After returning home the lift was 3 inches to short. After 2 weeks I have not received a response to needing a different chair and lift. I just called to complain and stated I still need a chair but if they are not going to replace both than I no longer want them. They did not offer to replace them and stated someone would come pick them up. So previously I was told they don't deliver or pick up from my area but now all of a sudden they do!sorry I will not be using this service again. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and when stating this on the phone all I was told was well maybe there was a lack of communication and I misunderstood. Misunderstood what? I stated the chair and lift were to small and was told someone would return my call. ...nope never happened! Thanks for not caring about your customer.
