Always professional and knowledgeable about what I need without making me feel like I need additional services when I don't, and are very informative when I do.
Very poor customer service at front counter. As a customer since 1990 I have received and sent thousands of packages through this Post Office. ALL the counter people know me after all these years....EXCEPT one male employee who harassed me and claimed to not know me...I have been through his line hundreds and hundreds of times....It is either his way or the highway...I attempted to pick up a package....He asked for ID....Then wanted to know the persons name and spelling on the package without letting me see the package...Then he wanted to know why my wife and I have different last names....I have been through this mans line hundreds of times...I called the manager of this Post Office and he sided with his rude employee....Typical Federal employees....They no NOTHING about customer service.
I want to say that you guys are awesome!!! My package 9405509699939023391416 wasRedirect to Spokane Washington and supposedTo be in Stephens city va on 6/17/16 and I needed that package by 6/18/16 andThey did everything to get my package to me on time. Amazing!! Thank you so much!!
The Hillyard post office has lost three of our parcels in the past nine days. Tracking indicates the parcels arrived at the post office and were lost before reaching our P.O. Box. No supervisor available, no ideas, no concern whatsoever!
I am expecting another package delivery. The last one was just tossed in to the yard. I noticed the white usps van out front but wondered who it was delivering to as it left. Then I saw the package in the yard. Normally deliveries are left on the porch by everybody else.
Thanks to Station Manager Leonard Warren. I made a mistake in postage using the APC self service kiosk. My package was in limbo and I called the Grand location and Mr. Warren had a great solution and went out of his way to assist me and got my package where it needed to be. I really appreciated his extra mile attitude which you don't run into often when dealing with government employees.
The best in customer service. Caring employees do not mind helping customers....One negative is no pharmacy
