I can't believe the way I was treated today!!!! My first time there and I thought you are to be trained to listen to customers??? My daughter has autism and has beautiful naturally thick straight hair, like my hair, you have to cut it a certain way, I explained this to the student and she went and got an instructor and I explained to her how it needs to be done and she argued with me and said "I been an instructor for 42 years and I know natural hair" She was defying me and the rude lady tells me I can't sit back with my kid!!! She just wanted me out so she could cut it her way without me there. I will not pass a good word for this place, the only reason I went there is because the other school we went to moved, and NEVER had any issues. So to say Glen Dow School sucks. The only reason I am giving a star is because I am required to.
My granddaughter and I each had fills done to our nails yesterday. I must say, we had the best experience. The instructor was right there the whole time. She is fantastic. There was no waiting for her to check the girls work because she was right there the whole time. I was impressed. The girls were just as great. They weren't afraid to ask if they were doing thing right. Great experience. We will be going back.
I went in for a touch up and left with my hair completely changed from the way it was , specifically instructed the student ( she graduates in a month that's scary ) I had to go to studio one to get it finally done right , if I'm not given a full refund ill be filing a better business burea complaint , completely ridiculous and staff acted surprised that I did not like what she had done !??
They have restored my faith in beauty colleges , I am new to spokane and my girlfriend recommended them I came in and liliya fixed my hair right up ! She went in and foiled and styled my hair really nice I had a bad Experiance across town and she totally gave me a great hairdo redo
It should be a NEGATIVE STARAll I have to say is this: don't take your pets to this place. Students are unruly, I don't know who is worse, the owner or her students and some of her staff members. I feel sorry for students that are trying real hard.
