Jacob got me in the SAME day when my car was broken into. Dealt with insurance, which was a pain, in fact didn't even get approved right away and he still just charged me my deducible on faith. I will be going there for my auto glass needs from now on.

This place was great! My car was broken into, and I had two windows that needed to be replaced. I called for an estimate and took it in first thing in the morning. They replaced the windows quickly, and even vacuumed up all the broken glass in my car! they also noticed a small crack in my windsheild and filled it in for free, i hadn't even mentioned it to them! This place went above and beyond my expectations, I will always be going back here!
My boyfriend and I were on a cross country road trip over the summer. On our way through Idaho, wind caught the hood of our van and slammed it against our windshield, causing the whole thing to spiderweb. Because we were on a schedule, we weren't able to get it fixed until we got to Spokane. I called around to several places for quotes. One place said it would cost between $800 and $900! Jacob's did it for a little over $100. They were extremely friendly, and I could tell they actually cared about saving us money. In fact, when I told Jacob about the extremely high quote I had received, he explained the way the industry works to me so that I could understand for myself why there was no reason a windshield should cost that much. On top of everything, the shop is clean and comfortable. I wouldn't even bother going anywhere else.
