        This company is great. I have had great service while dealing with the ladies in the office and the service techs. I have been dealing with them for over 10 yrs now I wouldn't go any other place the Techs are professional and very knowlegable. The office staff is polite and schedule me an appointment while on the phone. They call back to remind me of my appt and give me the 2 hr window time frame that the tech will be there.

        We had Dew Drop do our landscaping and install our sprinkler system when we purchased our house because they were contracted with our builder. I can say that I will never every work with them again. When they hydroseeded our lawn, they turned our water off- which lead to our seed getting fried in the 90+ degree weather. From there on, it was nothing but problems. The person that we have been in contact with has been nothing but rude and demeaning on the phone. It has been six months since they did the landscaping on our yard and we are still trying to get all of the issues taken care of.

        By far the worst company in town. they not only use cheap products (which they over price), they were rude and very unproffesional. i would never recommend this company to anyone. ive heard the boss (gary) is very unpleasent to, by his own employees.
