        Such a shady business. On the initial paperwork that I received from this business, they said if I disputed the claim to respond via writing - and I did. I hand wrote an explanation as to why I thought the debt was invalid and then I received no further correspondence from them until I got a letter from the courts. They claimed they served me (which they clearly did not, as I was shocked when I got papers from the courts saying that a judgment had been made because I failed to appear).

        I called multiple times to try and figure out what happened. Now, I know they gutter served me. A year, a wage garnishment and a bank lien (which almost left us homeless) later and I am currently talking to a lawyer to try and recoup my losses from this company that wants to go behind the laws and squeeze out as much money as they can from people.

        My original "debt" was $65... and I've paid well over $800 now to these people. Its ridiculous and predatory.

        I've been listing accounts with ACS for years, and they've always exceeded my expectations. Great agency to work with!!
