This company is a joke. We started the process of getting counter tops installed in Nov. They installed the first set about 3-4 weeks later and they were not even close to being correct. They broke one of the cabinets trying to push the cabinet under the counter top!?!? Should of been the first clue something was wrong! They then failed to expedite the fix like they said they were going to. And then changed the date that they gave us to fix the original install. Only problem is we scheduled a Doc appt out of town around the install date. So the new date put us out of town for the appt. I told Sheila that we were given a date and we expected them to be there that day and she blew up at me! Great customer service! (Sarcasm). I told here to have them come take the messed up stuff out that they put in and were supposed to replace and she said that we still had to pay for it. Keep in mind that Home Depot came out to verify the problem when they screwed up and agreed that it was not even close to correct. Even the crew that came out from Precision to retemplate said it was really bad! We are very patient and understanding people but this is out of control! We will never use these people again and highly suggest that you don't either!
