cozy new bar. the staff is great. always on top of things. we got there after the kitchen was closed, but they started it back up and we had some awesome garlic parm wings! they have a pool table and big screen for football! we will be back!
Great customer service. Clean rooms & quietly pleasant. A great surprise from an older name but newer buildings, management, staff & policies.
We've been there twice and the food is pretty good. Not too cold in the restaurant. The wait staff was a little iffy. He might have been new. We're going back again
Aaron the cashier was short tempered, aggressive, impatient and even assaulted a friend of mine when he went to request change for his pump.
Considering that today is Super Bowl it wasn't slammed. Probably about 5 minute wait.. I called in my order lady was polite and for the wings!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!! Delicious the best wing joint by far I have ever eaten!!!!! Great job Smokin Wings!!!!!
I was very excited when Spartanburg location opened. Been there twice now and the Burritos are awful! First visit I had a Beef Burrito. It is what I'd call pureed Beef and Beans. Very wet. Just tried the shredded Beef Burrito this past weekend. This was full of Pot Roast! Hubby had the Three Tacos. He said the Tacos were just OK and the diced tomatoes & onions that came with it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Music was loud and annoying. Service was fast. Definitely not as good as I remember the Greenville location being. Maybe different owners?
Everything is fresh and they are nice to the costumers. I always go there they have the best prices of vegetables.
The restaurant is a sit down version of Jamaica Spice on John B White Sr. Blvd, same great food with the ability to enjoy it in a sit down full service restaurant and bar.
Friendly & affordable. They have a standard "across the board" fix it fee of $75 for any simple repair. If it gets a little more complicated, they will let you know.
