Sanitation Services in Spartanburg, SC

This company has terrible service, and they take payment for services that they do not provide. They also never answer phone calls or return them. I got their service about two months ago. I called in and asked for a trash can and a recycle bin. They came and brought me a trash can. They required that I pay up front for the trash can and the recycle bin. Their driver took $80 from me and did not even attempt to offer to give me change even though the service was only $76. He told me he would bring me a recycle bin the next day. I did not get the recycle bin until 2 weeks later. Flash forward to today, I have set this recycle bin full of recyclables on the curb every week since I got it, and it has not been picked up. I even left it out there for 3 days once and no one ever came. I called, no one answered, and of course no one called me back. Several of my neighbors have experienced this same thing with them. They have not ONCE picked up this full recycling bin. So today, 7/24/2017, they have the NERVE to send me a quarterly billing statement for RECYCLING of all things. I have called them and left them a voicemail and requested that they come and get everything that belongs to them off of my property as I no longer want to use their services, but I want to make everyone aware at how terrible they are.I would like this company to refund me at least half of the money that I paid them. They did pick up my trash consistently so I am not asking for a full refund but I would like my money back for the recycle bin that they have never picked up. I would also like for them to just DO BETTER! I use my hard earned money to purchase things that I need, I should never have to beg for a service that I have already paid for.

WORST SERVICE ON EARTH!! They don't pick up trash. They NEVER return a call. Wont pick up recycling! This company will not provide the services that you pay for. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!! You will regret it. Guaranteed!

They don't pick up the day they supposed to. I have called in the past but no results. They would even come and get my trash can.

DESPICABLE SERVICE!!!!! I agree with the other reviewers... trash is not picked up on scheduled days and we leave our can out the whole week thinking they'll come for it and never do. They randomly change pickup days and instead of Monday they come Wednesday or not at all. Whenever I call to ask why the trash isn't being picked up, no one answers, any day of the week and during normal business hours. They don't return calls either, and forget email replies! Such a waste of money and not worth the hassle. We're going to dump this lousy rubbish provider and take our own trash in for FREE instead. They've messed up tooooo many times to redeem themselves. Oh, and it's great to see the trash man riffle through your garbage and remove stuff they claim they "don't take" and leave it on your lawn. This company is a joke!

If I could rate this company a zero I would. Trash is supposed to be picked up on Monday and never is. When you call no one answers and the slight chance they do the lady is unbelievably rude. I really don't see how these people are still in business. Never give them any of your money.

This company has issues... With the lady that answers the phone...when she answers... And, with the trash pick up crew. They want your trash out at 7am, but the trash doesn't get picked up sometimes until 4:30. At least every other week, it doesn't get picked up. And when you call them, good luck on them answering. And when the rude lady finally answered recently, she told me that if I didn't like it, there were others around that I could change to. I'm going to see how long it takes them to realize that a payment hasn't been made... then they can have their trash can back...with trash in it... 2 can play this game...
