Never answer the phone in the pharmacy! Phone app is slow and crashes a lot. Drive through is never less than 20 minutes. Often do not have items listed on sale in the store that are listed as sale items in emails and the app.
I thought customer satisfaction was suppose to be important to a business but not one. It is husband and wife oenership. The wife is rude, the equipment is not good quality. The wheel broke on the wheelchair and she souded like I had done something to the chair. Don't go there. I have been fighting with them for the longest. O yea must tell this part. Thry sent me two different size wheelchairs twp different times but they were to wide for me doors. He measured the doors and I still ended up with a chair too eide and she had the nerve to tell someone I'm nrver satified.
I went in for a new hair style for the new year and Anthony made me feel very welcome. He did a great job and I will definitely go back there. The store is bright and has lots of great products!
They barely gave me any information at all. They didn't tell me that they only gave me 1/3 of the tablets for my prescription. When I realized I didn't get the right number of tablets, they said it was too late for them to do anything about it. The were rude and unprofessional. Now I'm stuck without my medicine. I'm going to have to get a new prescription from my doctor, etc. As much as I'd like to support a local pharmacy, these people don't deserve it. I'm going somewhere else.
