Terrible company.. I had my Honda Pilot for about five months. My driver seat broken around month 2 of owning it. I was told well its an old car (2004) you can't expect a new car. My window motor fell off and my driver side door won't open. Then they send you to a predatory company ( Capitol Finance) for financing at 30%. Just stay away very unprofessional. 👎👎

That's it lady. $25 - $35 that price includes mounting. Very casual place. We have used them for years and have been very satisfied. We know what to expect from a used tire. We did get one tire that did not stay inflated. I went back the second day and they gladly exchanged it. You have 2 weeks to take the tire back if yo don't like it. If you want fancy, this is not the place. If you want quick service (get there as soon as they open). They work quick, but are very busy because of their reputation of a good place to get decent used tires.
My husband just had a tire pressure sensor replaced there on his f150 truck. Not only did they damage the wheel taking off the tire, but they were rude and wouldn't own up to it even though he sat there and watched how they removed the tire. He also requested that the wheel be hand torqued and he watched the technician use a torque stick with an impact gun and then remove the truck from the lift. The man at the front counter (who identified himself as the owner) suggested that if he physically saw them do it, that he should have went and said something. Only problem there is he cannot step foot into the shop area, so that is an invalid point. He also suggested to my husband that if he knew so much about tires then he should have done it at home himself. Once again, invalid point because the only reason a company is in business is because of their customers. My husband paid and was still told that they knew they were going to have a problem with him from the start. The only problem here is this company does not understand customer service. You can't treat people that way and not expect the backlash. You are a small business. You, my good sir, are the OWNER. You should know better than to treat a customer that way. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE! They are cheaper, but not worth it in the end. Spend the extra money and make sure your vehicles and YOU are taken care of PROPERLY.

Took in my vehicle for service after an accident. It needed a few repairs and minor body work. Multiple issues such as a part not being available is understandable BUT it took OVER THREE WEEKS to complete the repairs. I am a retired Chrysler employee and the vehicle is an executive lease. The primary reason it took so long was because the dealership was unable to comprehend and/or unwilling to call Chrysler, despite my repeated phone calls. I understand they never dealt with an executive lease before but Chrysler lease has rules and they pay directly. The dealer never contacted Chrysler to find how to submit the bill. They essentially wanted me to pay which I could not since this is not how Chrysler handles executive leases. Each day cost me money as I had to rent a rent a vehicle. I made numerous calls to the service manager (which were not returned) and eventually spoke to the dealership manager on 3/27/17 who said he would call me back in 15 minutes which of course, he never did. Chrysler had to contact them in order to resolve the issue. I called him on 3/28/17 since the matter still was not resolved. He stated “you are not my customer”. Really? This may be an executive lease but when service is needed, I must take it to a dealer who is reimbursed and PAID by Chrysler. Additionally, my family and friends certainly are customers but they will NOT be doing business with this dealer. I stated as much and he hung up on me and proceeded to tell me that I should no longer contact them per Chrysler Company Lease Department. I spoke to the Chrysler Leasing and was told that was a flat out lie on the part of the dealership. In my nearly 45 years of owning vehicles and having them serviced, I have never found a more inefficient, unprofessional or rude dealership.
This place is horrible! I bought a 2011 Dodge Nitro and went through 3 temporary tags. I tried calling them but their phone was disconnected. I then went by there and the company was shut down! I still don't have a tag! They haven't tried to help and now I'm struggling with the DMV to get a tag. They didn't pay their for planner for the vehicle that I purchased. I suggest no one buy a vehicle from them or the owner Patrick Wright in the near future because the same thing will probably happen to you.
