Took in my vehicle for service after an accident. It needed a few repairs and minor body work. Multiple issues such as a part not being available is understandable BUT it took OVER THREE WEEKS to complete the repairs. I am a retired Chrysler employee and the vehicle is an executive lease. The primary reason it took so long was because the dealership was unable to comprehend and/or unwilling to call Chrysler, despite my repeated phone calls. I understand they never dealt with an executive lease before but Chrysler lease has rules and they pay directly. The dealer never contacted Chrysler to find how to submit the bill. They essentially wanted me to pay which I could not since this is not how Chrysler handles executive leases. Each day cost me money as I had to rent a rent a vehicle. I made numerous calls to the service manager (which were not returned) and eventually spoke to the dealership manager on 3/27/17 who said he would call me back in 15 minutes which of course, he never did. Chrysler had to contact them in order to resolve the issue. I called him on 3/28/17 since the matter still was not resolved. He stated “you are not my customer”. Really? This may be an executive lease but when service is needed, I must take it to a dealer who is reimbursed and PAID by Chrysler. Additionally, my family and friends certainly are customers but they will NOT be doing business with this dealer. I stated as much and he hung up on me and proceeded to tell me that I should no longer contact them per Chrysler Company Lease Department. I spoke to the Chrysler Leasing and was told that was a flat out lie on the part of the dealership. In my nearly 45 years of owning vehicles and having them serviced, I have never found a more inefficient, unprofessional or rude dealership.
He doesn't have any regard for time. He'll tell you one time and keep pushing the time back. Made me wait two days and then when he said he was on his way, he never showed. Very unprofessional man.
BEWARE WHEN YOU BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM. THIS IS NOT A TRUST WORTHY COMPANY. I DEALT WITH THE OWNER BRITT. HE IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Was told it would take about an hour so i walked across the rd to playground with baby and preschooler. Walked to Hardee's to eat. Walked back to get car and they hadn't started on it. They said that when I asked how long it would take they told me how long my car would take and didn't include how long it would take to get to my car. I had to leave to pick up my other children from school. So after spending an hour and a half of my day waiting, I still need tires.
Headed back to Nashville Tn from vacation at Myrtle Beach. Issues with acceleration up hills. Left my car with another service, but a call on Tuesday stated they couldnt work on what we determined was the issue. I called Midas and Rod answered. He was very kind, went and picked up my car, and took care of the issue. Even though they had my car as insurance, he took care of me from over 300 miles away. Kept me in the loop at all times. Was thrilled to pick up my car, drive it vack to TN with no issues. Thanks Rod!
Aweful service, I was stranded and they were late. They said it was due to being busy after the holiday. 2 hours later I called them back and they said the truck driver had forgotten about me!! Stranded for over 3 hours!! Cancelled and called another towing company that was able to get to me in less than 15 min. Would not recommend this company.
Untrustworthy sales staff, finance manager, and owner, Vic Bailey. They literally FORGED MY SIGNATURE to get my bank loan paid out a few days faster. Due to character limits, much is omitted. See my yelp review.The Finance Manager told me to sign a blank copy (claiming no one was there to fill it properly) of a title application for WA, where I would be licensing it (needed by bank to pay loan). I said no, since filling it incorrectly could obligate me to state taxes I don't need to pay as a military member. He eventually offered to mail it.I called my bank later regarding the loan and they told me they received a SIGNED copy from the dealer. Comparing it to other signatures on my loan papers, it was obviously forged.I eventually spoke with Vic Bailey himself, who was offended instead of concerned. I told him to look at it himself. He then said "we do not believe the document in question was signed at our dealership". What? Did it get magically faxed from your dealership?
