This location was closed for months. After a remodel and hiring a completely new staff you would think that they would reopen with a passion to be better. Well that is far from the truth. This location is now the slowest, most irresponsible, inconsiderate, and has the worst food quality out of any Sonic I have ever visited. I have been a few times hoping that maybe they just needed time to adjust to being reopened. The service and quality is worse now than it was. The only thing that has gotten a little better is the speed of service. The people taking the orders do not know the menu. You have to explain multiple times what you want and hope that they are able to fix it correctly after you order it. This morning I ordered a #14 bacon breakfast burrito with mayo. When I got to work I noticed that I had received the SuperSONIC burrito. I explained myself to the lady exactly what I wanted 3 or 4 times. Its not that hard to listen to a customer and click buttons on a screen.

After being closed for remodeling, you would have thought this would have been sufficient time for the service to improve. Unfortunately this is not the case. Slow to answer the buzzer, order not showing up on screen, one of the waitress' came out to write order down and neglected to put the order in. After 15 minutes, I inquired about when the order would be ready and was told some of it was ready and oh, btw we don't have one of the the items you requested. Interesting, the menu says you have it. In the end, I told the waitress to forget it. She tried to offer several coupons for free food for my next trip, but I just said, no thank you. I'm quite sure there will not be a next trip to this Sonic.
