2014 I went to get my tires rotated. I own a C5 Corvette that has staggered tires. 18's on back and 17's on front. You rotate these tires side by side. Not front to back. They put the 18's on front and 17's back. Luckily it was caught before leaving. Had to bring back into the shop to do another rotation correctly If you own a Corvette or a high performance car with staggered wheels be careful.

2015 went back to Sears Auto to have my tires rotated again. They rotated them correctly this time; however, it took three (3) times to get the wheels balanced correctly. Some of the techs were not that friendly. One tech was very unprofessional. This time, I wrote an email and letter to Sears Corp. Office. I have never heard back from any one. Be very careful if you have your vehicle serviced at this location.
