        Not Very Professional

        I saw B-Tech in the local phonebook and did not want to pay a huge bill like before at geek squad. I called to setup an appointment but kept getting a voicemail. I left a message but no response back. Thinking I would have better luck by dropping it off at their physical address. No luck, just an insurance place that says computer repair beside it. Anyway, I gave up and took it down the road and they got me squared away.

        Not sure about this place.

        I apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. I am glad that you were able to get your computer fixed. I do share my office space with an insurance company and generally if I am out they will help the customer and take down info regarding their computer. In most cases the customer will leave their machine for me to look at when I return. I was out of the office a lot from December to early February doing onsite work. I do all of my work in my office now since I had a few other issues like this arise. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused you.
