        I purchased a karaoke player that worked for less than an hour and when I tried to return it they only wanted to give me $100 of the $200 I paid for it. what a rip! Ill never shop there again!

        This gentleman purchased the player in nearly new condition on a Friday. We hooked it up and let him test it out for half an hour and it worked great. A few days later after the weekend he drags it back in banged up with the bottom wheel busted, the sides all dirty and scuffed and the screen has something sticky on it where I assume something was spilled on it. I told him that since it has obvious signs of abuse I couldn't do a return and finally offered a compromise to give him a partial refund. He wasn't happy with that idea and left. I'm sorry we could not work it out, but I hope whatever party it got broke at was a great time.

        I have sold and bought from these guys a lot. Very nice people. Don't normally like... pawnshop owners :P and i say that because some (not all) will try and cheat you. And i mean really cheat you. But not these guys. Very nice and reliable. We have gotton movies, video games..... window units and even a huge tv from these guys. And sold a few things too. So yeah we never have a problem with them. :)
