I have to say I'm very unhappy with SC Telco I tried for 2 weeks in a row to open up an account with these people the first time they were so busy that they couldn't see me when I got there at 5 so I made an appointment for the next Friday to show at 5 so I can speak to him instead that next Friday I just sat in the lobby for 45 minutes until I just left and never got to speak to anyone other than to tell me they knew that I was there very unprofessional I will not seek their services again
Great banking company wish I would have known about them a long time ago it's really a great place to bank
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CREDIT UNION! You get NO personal service whatsoever. They arbitrarily change online bill pay dates & then charge YOU the fee because it cause charges. They send canned replies regarding inquiries for their theft. They also will not keep REAL time so you can track your account appropriately.
We have been banking there about 8 + yrs, always friendly, even helped me learn how to pay bills on line...
I applied for a account through my employer and 3 weeks later my account still is not opened. I called customer service and they don't know what to say but we're sorry and it's nothing they can do. Now, my SS# is just floating around and nobody knows where's my application at!!
I have been with them for many years and lived in two different states In every office I have been to the people have been great. I have never had a question that wasn't taken care of in a timely manner.
