Regency Apartments

Extremely unprofessional, I have a year 2 that rides his little car at home, but the walls are so hollow if your furniture hit it by mistake, it will place a hole in it. The property Manager Darlene shows favoritism with the tenants, and some tenants she will charge lost key fees of 20.00 others she will charge a $3.00 fee, she would also replace free blinds for some tenants and others have to pay 10.00 for a 3.00 blind. I believe she pockets some of the money because she doesn't want you to pay her with a check or money order she told me that I have to pay in cash. She is extremely rude and would threaten to evict you if she does not agree with something that you say ( she doesn't care if you are paying your rent on time). Also, when they do inspections on the apartments it is a group of people who are not even professionals, for example she had a 60 year old female tenant checking for leaks as if she were a plumber, that was extremly unprofessional. Another occassion she ahd a little girl around the age of 8-10 checking for leaks and teenage boys just standing in your living room. Maintenace takes forever and ever, it took them 4 months to fix a whole in the wall. This place is so thin and build wrong that you can smell your neighbors cigarette smoke in your apartment which is nasty.
