They always answer phone when I call, they always get my trash and I always pay my bill. What else could there be.

Seems good, We forgot to send check and they didnt refuse to take trash. We got caught up but I like that they didnt cause me any stress over it. I wish I could pay them on line though or set up re occuring payments.

Try to pay bill by phone and they never answer phones or return calls. I've been calling for the last 8 weeks and still have not got a call back

My wife and I were Davie Disposal customers for several years with no problems. Then they stopped picking up with no warning or comment – just left the trash in the bin in the yard. The office wouldn’t return calls, but when I did catch them in they said the bin was too far from the road. I measured it, and it was 5’6” from pavement to bin (less than the “wingspan” of the average adult). If we put it any closer, it would block our view when pulling out of our driveway.



To accommodate them, we moved the bin into the driveway and put it within a foot of the road. They said that wasn’t good enough. At this point we concluded that Davie was confused on a couple of points: what they wanted, and who the customer was. We sent a letter asking them to pick up their bin and refund us for the final month, as we had paid in advance and they never picked up anything during the month.



They picked up their bin (from the EXACT SAME SPOT they had said was “too far from the road.”) But nearly two months have gone by, and they apparently do not intend to provide a refund for the prepaid services they refused to perform.



The good news is that there are good, responsible, customer-oriented trash haulers in the area and they’re easy to find. Our new company did three pickups before even sending us a bill. We can put the bin where it makes sense to us. No lip, no attitude, no problem!

Owner came and removed my dumpster after he felt he did not have enough room due to trees near my driveway. I had no warning or phone call. Came home one day to it being gone. Called the gal' in the office she was just as clueless as myself. Awful service!
