Service was a little slow but these guys were slammed with orders they did there best to get me mine I love how they communicate someone trained these guys well the older gentleman with the grey hair was very helpful with my order
Very dis-pleased with the fact that the Disc Drive location was not open for breakfast. Upon arrival was greeted by a note taped to the door that the lobby was closed because of lack of staffing. Tried drive-thru as did several other people, only not to be greeted or even acknowledged after sitting at the ordering location for approx 5 min. Vehicle in front and behind also never greeted.
Thats embarrissing i used to work there the manager had a habit of assaulting employees alot of us quite. I wasnt even trained and was always in trouble cuz i never really knew what i was doing, but i was never rude to customers,and had a handful of regulars that came in and i do miss it but i have friends that still go to eat there and they say the same thing horrible customer service . I quite several months ago and i go on occassion to eat and am embarressed by what i see once 4 employees stood there arguing who was gonna wash tables and empty trash, it was sad i would leave at 4 and trash and tables would not be done again till i came in at 11 the next day.
We love In-n-out burgers. The employees were friendly. The bathrooms and restaurant were clean. Not too long of a wait.
Im the cook there 3 days out of the week. I love the food and menu. The hoagies are great. One of my favs. Come check us out.
If they could only get an order correct! Check before you leave! And why is a chicken place out of chicken? Really? It was 6pm.
Best Service! This McDonald's handled my orders flawlessly and got them out fast. The food was cooked great (as far as fast food goes) the staff was very friendly as well! Good job guys, keep up the good work.
I live right next to the Burger King on Mccarren in sparks. So my girlfriend and go and eat here from time to time. Every time we go there the customer service is HORRIBLE! They are rude and they take a good 3 minutes to even Greet me and when they do it's (hold on,what do you want!) I do not expect much when it comes to fast food but! You are getting paid to do a job so you should do it right Bk employes! We will not be going back to this location no more after tonight. It was the same thing with them when we went there a little bit ago. The greeter girl did not even greet me I had to say hello? After 3 min of nothing in the drive thro. When I pulled up to see what the hold up was she was hanging out the window in a car that was there before me. Do know what she was doing but that's not a way employes should be acting on there job!
This is the worst McDonalds restaurant I've ever patronized. My first experience with them was when I tried to use a "Grand Opening' coupon I received in the mail. When I reached the drive-thru window I was told the coupon wouldn't be honored because it had expired the previous week when the owner decided the expiration date on it was a typo.Then I asked my hubby to pick up a grilled chicken wrap for me while he was there with our granddaughter. When the young lady behind the counter asked him if he wanted a 'large' he said yes, assuming she was asking if he wanted the regular wrap or the snack size. When he picked up his order it included a large drink cup and french fries. I could have understood this error if not for my next visit with our granddaughter. I went up to the counter and asked for a grilled chicken warp and a medium drink. When I picked up my order it included a big box of greasy fries. When I told the young lady I hadn't ordered fries she said, 'yes you did - you ordered the medium' to which I replied, 'I ordered a medium drink - NOT a meal'. She made no attempt to correct her error and I threw the fries in the trash. Who orders grilled chicken with fries? Anyway, the people working here have either received very poor training or they are trained to ring up a meal whether or not it is ordered. Either way, they've seem the last of me.
This restaurant needs a deep cleaning. Tables and seats are dirty. The buffet line is messy with lots of food on the floor being tracked throughout the restaurant. The grill and area surrounding it (floor too) are very messy. One of the cooks did not have a hat covering messy hair. Employees have a very bad attitude and need to be trained in basic sanitation.
